The first time you log in to the Learning Studio, you'll choose a Learning Goal. A Learning Goal is a way for you to decide what topics the platform will suggest to you. If you're having trouble thinking of a Learning Goals,
choose something that you want to be better at in your current role.
You can always change your goals under your profile settings.

Personalised learning
Pick your Learning Goals and get a tailor-made list that matches your goals. The list will include H&M Group-specific trainings, SharePoints and content from LinkedIn Learning, Pluralsight and Coursera. New content libraries are added regularly.

Channels and groups are where you can find all the new courses and up-to-date information from your colleagues. Everything from global H&M Group-specific trainings to local information. From day one, you will have access to everything you need based on your role, region, brand, or function.

Found something you like on the web? Share it with your team using a SmartCard. You can post the card in a group or channel or share it with specific colleagues. A SmartCard can be anything, like a document, YouTube video, or a podcast. Simply put, if you can think of it, chances are you can put it in a SmartCard.
